1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph188 ("ph188," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph188 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

ph188 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ph188 services, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one ph188 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, or payment method used.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ph188 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ph188 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account Verification (KYC): ph188 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your ph188 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

ph188 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph188 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• ph188 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph188 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• ph188 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page.
• ph188 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• ph188 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• ph188 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph188 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph188 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• ph188 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• ph188 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all games and wagering activities on the ph188 platform:

• All games on ph188 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph188 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph188 will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. ph188's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph188 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ph188 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to ph188 immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ph188 platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph188 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ph188 platform or its underlying software.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph188 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• ph188 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph188 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from ph188.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any unauthorized use of ph188's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph188 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ph188's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the ph188 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ph188's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph188 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

ph188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph188 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ph188 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

12. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ph188 Service, you should first contact our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

ph188 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex disputes may take longer to resolve, and ph188 will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the matter.

ph188's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph188 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the ph188 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph188 platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ph188's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
